Company Profile Midwest Land Company is located in Wayne, Nebraska, and has been serving Northeast Nebraska as a farmland sales and management firm for over 60 years. We are a family corporation with an excellent reputation in the land and home selling fields. Dave Ewing and Marion Arneson are our licensed brokers working full time managing and selling land. Our brokers, in addition to selling and managing irrigated and non-irrigated land in Northeast Nebraska, own both irrigated and dry land farms. They are intimately acquainted with the relationships of soils, topography, productivity and value. Wendy Vawser is our full time residential salesperson responsible for all residential home sales.
