About Us
Midwest Land Company is located in Wayne, Nebraska, and has been serving Northeast Nebraska as a farmland sales, home sales and management firm for over 50 years. We are a family corporation with an excellent reputation in the land and home selling fields.
Dave Ewing and Marion Arneson are our licensed brokers working full time managing and selling land. Our brokers, in addition to selling and managing irrigated and non-irrigated land in Northeast Nebraska, own both irrigated and dry land farms. They are intimately acquainted with the relationships of soils, topography, productivity and value.
Galen Wiser is our farm sales agent. He has been licensed since 1976. His career in commercial banking lasted 40 years. This background has led Galen to specialize in listing and selling farmland.
